Position Overview

A Casino Dealer has to be competent and floor-experienced in Blackjack and Roulette at a licensed casino.

Casino Dealer staff must meet or surpass the required standard in all key areas of their performance (Technical Ability, Adherence to Procedures, Guest Service and Attitude) on the game of Blackjack and Roulette.

The Casino Dealer is responsible for guest enjoyment and satisfaction at the assigned table game.

Position Overview

A Supervisor or Inspector has to be competent and floor-experienced in Blackjack, Roulette and all Poker variants at a licensed casino.

The Supervisor is responsible for guest enjoyment and satisfaction while observing games, players and staff as a Supervisor. The Supervisor will ensure the integrity, security and profitability of the table games by enforcing policies and procedures in accordance with the Global Gaming (GG) Gaming Manual.

Position Overview

The Casino Manager is empowered to exercise direct operational control over all areas of the Casino Operation onboard a vessel and shall ensure the smooth, safe and efficient running of the entire Casino. In order that this can be achieved, the Casino Manager is expected to spend most of their time as a visible presence both in and around the table and slot areas.
